Family-Owned And Run Since 2020
The People Who Answer Are The People On Your Roof
We're a family-owned crew out of Bryans Road, Maryland, not a franchise, not a call center. The person who takes your call is the one who will be up the ladder looking at the damage.
Our Story
Started With One Truck In 2020. Still Family-Run Today.
All Purpose started back in 2020 with one truck and a simple rule: do the job right, charge what you said you would, and pick up the phone. Years later, that's still how it runs, only now the crew is bigger and the jobs range from a handful of blown-off shingles to a full tear-off and replacement.
One of our lead project managers, like Duwyne Proctor, who's been running jobs here for years , walks your project personally. You're not getting passed to a salesperson who's never held a trowel; you're dealing with the person who sees it through, telling you straight what the job needs and what it'll cost.
We've worked on the low-slope rubber on attached houses and steep shingle roofs out in the county, so there's not much we haven't run into. Take a look at our services to see everything we offer, or contact us to get started.

Where We Work
Based in Bryans Road, MD
Serving the Full DMV
Our Charles County, MD shop sits right on the edge of the Beltway, which means a typical drive to a DC, Montgomery County, Prince George's County, or Northern Virginia job site is under an hour. That logistics advantage is why we can offer same-week scheduling on most projects and get to a roof leak within 48 hours across Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia.
Maryland
Our home turf. From Charles County up through Prince George’s and Montgomery, we know the roof pitches, the ventilation problems and the storm patterns first-hand.
Washington, DC
Flat and low-slope roofs on row houses, parapet walls and shared party walls, where the leak is rarely above the stain.
Northern Virginia
Asphalt shingle roofs reaching the end of their run, townhouse rows sharing a roof plane, and commercial low-slope work.

What We Stand For
Our Values
We Pick Up The Phone
No voicemail black hole. You get a real person during business hours, and a roof leak is scheduled within 48 hours. We take commercial work at short notice, after hours and at weekends. We are not a middle-of-the-night callout.
One Crew For Everything
Renovations, repairs, restoration, commercial and residential. One call handles the whole thing, no juggling five different contractors.
We Clean Up After Ourselves
We treat your house like people still have to live in it, because you do. We tidy up daily and leave it better than we found it.
A Real Project Manager Runs Your Job
One of our lead PMs walks the job and stays on it. If something's off, you're not chasing a corporate office, you're talking to the person who can fix it.
Why All Purpose?
