The licence is held by All Purpose Anytime Services LLC. All Purpose Roofers is the roofing brand of that company, not a separate business, so the licence on our estimate is the same one you look up. Ask for it in writing and check it before you sign.

Bonded

A surety bond stands behind the contract. If work that was agreed and paid for is not completed as agreed, the bond is there for you to claim against. Bonding details come with any written estimate.

Business Liability Insurance

Liability coverage is on every job. If something on your property is damaged while the crew is there, it is our insurer’s problem, not yours. The current certificate of insurance is available before work starts.

Workers' Compensation

Everyone on the roof is covered by workers' compensation. If someone is hurt on your property, you are not the one carrying it. A homeowner who hires an uninsured crew can be, which is why this line matters more than it looks.

60 to 90 day warranty on our work

Our work carries a 60 to 90 day warranty, with the term depending on the job. It is stated in the written price before the work starts, so you know which term applies to yours. Manufacturer warranties on shingles and membranes are separate and are named in the estimate for the product quoted.

A Certificate Of Insurance, On Request

Need it on paper for a property manager, an HOA, a general contractor or a lender? The certificate of insurance comes with the proposal. Tell us who it should be addressed to.
