Get a Written Roof Condition & Replacement Report
A stain on a bedroom ceiling, granules in the gutters, a roof of unknown age, or a knock on the door after a storm telling you the whole thing needs replacing. Get the roof looked at properly and written up before anybody sells you a roof.
Find out what your roof actually needs, in writing and with photographs, before you agree to a replacement you may not need.
$199-$299 · Credited 100% toward roofing work of $3,500+ booked within 30 days · Delivered in 2 business days after the site visit.
When this is the right document
Somebody has told you the roof needs replacing and you have no way to check, or it is leaking in one place and you cannot tell whether that is a repair or the beginning of the end.
Homeowners, landlords and buyers with a single-family house or townhouse, or a property where the roof, the gutters and the attic all need looking at together.
How this differs from a free estimate
Our estimates are free and always will be. An estimate prices work when the scope is already clear. This document is for when it is not: several problems, several trades, and no agreed order to do them in. You are paying for the walkthrough, the photo documentation and a written plan you keep.
The full report fee is credited toward All Purpose Roofers work of $3,500 or more, booked within 30 days of delivery.
