Can you repair just my section of a townhouse roof?

Yes. On a row of townhouses one long roof often covers several homes, and the share over your unit can be fixed without touching the rest.

The care goes into the seam with the house next door. New underlayment and shingles have to lap into the older roof there with no gap, because that joint is where a section job holds or fails.

A middle unit has a seam on each side. An end unit has one seam and an open rake edge facing the weather, so the edge gets checked as part of the same visit.

Pictures are taken on each side of the seam before and after, so everyone can see where the work begins and ends. Fresh shingles stand out against weathered ones for a season or two, and you hear how close the match should be before the job is booked.

Where a homeowners association approves exterior colors, the estimate names the product, which makes the request simple.

Tell us whether you are an end or middle unit and what the roof is doing, and we will price your section.
