Yes. You see photographs of what failed before anyone talks about price.
Most people cannot see their own roof. So we photograph the actual problem: the split pipe boot, the lifted flashing, the soft deck. Not a description from the ground.
Then you get a written scope that says what will be done about it.
After the work, the finished repair is photographed too.
